Your room blocks are secured. The contracts are signed directly with the hotels and include a no-relocation clause, with force majeure as the only exception
Assistance:
We always go the extra mile. Our service also includes site assistance to ensure your meeting participants will have the rooms as confirmed. We will be there to take care of any issue and have it satisfactorily resolved.
Resell:
We will do our best to resell rooms not needed and dropped. We will negotiate for you to reduce any penalties and help you save money.
